Learn where breakouts are coming from and keep them away.  Who doesn’t want beautiful skin?
1 & 2: Digestive system- Eat less Processed and junk food, reduce the amount of fat in your diet, step up your water intake. 
3: Liver- Cut out the alcohol, greasy food, and dairy.  This is the zone where food allergies also show up first, so take a look at your ingredients. Try exersising for about 30 minutes a day and get adequate sleep so your liver can rest. 
4 & 5: Kidneys- Dark circles are usually a sign of dehydration, drink water as much as possible throughout your day!
6: Heart- Check your blood pressure, and make sure your not using make up that irritates your skin.
7 & 8: Kidneys- Cut down on liquids that dehydrate you such as soda, coffee, and alcohol.. can’t stress enough to drink more water!
9 & 10: Respiratory system- People who smoke and have allergies tend to get breakouts here.  Also the cheeks are a popular area for bacteria. Make sure to keep your hair off your face, a clean pillow case, and wash your face twice a day!
11 & 12: Hormones- Stress and hormonal changes cause your skin to act up in this area.  Hydrate with water and eat leafy greens and you may see some changes, or make an appointment with your doctor to take a closer look.  You may have a hormonal imbalance. (which is very common). The breakouts in the area also may indicate you are ovulating. 
13: Stomach-  Maybe try a detox or adding more fiber to your diet to help digest better!
14: Illness- Your skin acting up in this area could be a sign your body is fighting some kind of bacteria to avoid illness. 
Now that you better understand where your breakouts are actually coming from it is much easier to prevent them! :)
